Description
Have your Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential and wondering what's next? If you have a CSM and at least 12+ months of Scrum Mastery, you are eligible to earn the Advanced-CSM. This workshop will equip CSMs with techniques to improve facilitation, coaching and guidance using the Scrum framework and will yield the A-CSM credential to those who qualify.
Theories of adult learning are used throughout this live, online and interactive workshop as well as immersion into real-world Scrum Master scenarios. If you are not seeking the A-CSM credential but are interested in the knowledge acquisition, attendance is still welcome and encouraged.
